What makes you different from other agents?

Town and Country are not your traditional Estate Agent. We market properties in completely different ways. Where are you based?

Town and Country is based in Teesside. However, our Property Consultants cover the whole of the UK.

What if some people don’t have the internet?

90% of people looking for houses predominantly use the Internet. Amazon are the largest book sellers in the World but they don’t have a shop front and they only run solely through the internet. At Town & Country we monitor all phone calls and we ask where the customer has heard about us so we don’t just guess. Everything we do is tested and measured. This allows us to market properties where people are actually looking.
