Town and Country is an Introducer Representative of NMS Financial for Mortgage and General Insurance products, which is an appointed representative of First Complete Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Town and Country is an Introducer Representative of Bede Financial Services for Investments Pensions, Protection Insurance and Equity Release Mortgages, which is authorised & regulated by the Financial Services Authority under Reference 408228.

Town and Country is an Introducer Representative of Assurant Intermediary Limited for General Insurance products, which is authorised & regulated by the Financial Services Authority under Reference 311243.

Town and Country mortgage and some general insurance queries/requirements are referred to Eden PFP Ltd, an Appointed Representative of The Whitechurch Network Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under reference 190859.
