Can I get my own mortgage/solicitors?
Yes. We are not mortgage brokers or solicitors; this sets your mind at ease that we are not subsidised or financed from any other source. However, if required we can introduce companies that may be able to help you in any aspect of these services.
How do I know that the price I am paying for the property is competitive?
In today's internet world it is not difficult to check comparables. However, part of our service is to provide these to you in any event at the outset. Nothing but transparency.
What type of tenants do you provide?
All our tenants for this type of investment are LHA rated. When they have chosen a room/property, they all then go through the same process with our staff, who are trained to look for any prospective problems. Quite simply, if we are not happy, then we do not let them sign a lease.
How often do we inspect the properties?
We access dedicated, trained staff who visit all properties on average, every fortnight and report on presentation and cleanliness. If they are not satisfied, then a standard warning letter is issued to each tenant.
What is to stop me purchasing a house on your recommendation and letting it out myself?
Nothing at all!! However, we have the expertise and knowledge of every aspect of this product and proudly deliver a superior service.
