Process

We will identify properties in the North East that can be let to LHA rated tenants. These will be in areas that are traditionally, easily lettable.

You will then receive confirmation, informing you of all you need to know about the property, i.e. cost, yield and full comparables.

If acceptable, we will further negotiate the purchase price on your behalf to obtain the best possible acceptance.

The investor (you) will purchase the property directly from the agent who is selling/marketing the property.

Upon purchase and conversion completion, we will then look to let the property on your behalf.
